Cozy spot in the heart of Old Town! The food was absolutely delicious - the baked Camembert with balsamic-roasted grapes and green pistachios was a standout, and the pan-fried pikeperch fillet with green pea purée and mango-pistachio tartare was truly exquisite. Kudos to the chef! Though, the atmosphere was a bit of a letdown. The space is quite small, and somehow the noise bounces off the walls and becomes overwhelming - it really affected the overall experience, we had to scream to hear each other. I would expect such a noise at a bar/pub, but not at a good restaurant. But probably it happened due to this evening the restaurant was packed with some really loud groups. A reservation is definitely recommended, as the space is limited. One interesting observation: we were the only locals there, which likely explains the pricing. It’s more tourist-oriented in that sense, not really a local’s everyday spot. All in all, a charming and cozy place with fantastic food.

We have just finished a superb meal at Domini Canes. The service was attentive, the food beautifully presented and menu choices really interesting - we loved it! We also thought it was excellent value for money.

Nice place with an amazing view at the nearby cathedral. The food was also great. The only thing that spoiled my experience was my the staff and service. I had to wait for about an hour in total to first get the menu and then get the receipt.

Domini Canes. We accidentally stopped by on a Saturday around 17:00, and I’m glad they let us try their food until 19:00. The dishes were definitely worth the attention — yes, I can say I’ve had better in my life, but the atmosphere, the service and the quality of the food together create real charm. I love places where you can walk in, relax and enjoy every gourmet moment. It would be interesting to see the restaurant at its full evening pace. Verdict: cozy, tasty and calm. I 100% recommend it.

Ok let’s say I read many things about this place , so I did booked the table and me and my partner decided to finish our amazing trip to Riga with this little cosy place. I would not say it’s bad or it’s a best food experience I ever had it was… ok. Presentation of the each dish is the win win situation to the restaurant however… salmon tartare taste like … chopped salmon and avocado.. ok .. pikeperch fillet taste like … fish .. lamb shoulder taste like lamb etc etc. there where no this full of flavour dishes. It looked amazing but within this amazing looks the wow effect ends… there where no Wow taste effect. Which was a bit of a shame. Place nice, cosy, can’t blame a thing really and it was the busiest restaurant we saw for this entire Easter weekend. But unfortunately I have to rate as 4 stars but purely because of the presentation. Otherwise it would be 3 stars for actual food taste.

Very recommendable Fast, friendly and attentive Service. The service personnel took time to answer my questions and delivered all my wishes to the kitchen. The food was from high quality, both visually and tastefully. Good local draft beer I felt welcome and I will come back

Solo traveller visiting Riga. This restaurant is 5 stars in everyway. The restaurant is cosy and elegant the food perfect. I dined twice and twice was so happy I went there. If you are a fish lover like myself then you are in for a treat. I also tried the meat selection and dessert and again was so satisfied with everything. Big thanks to the venue for taking care of me during my trip. Hope to be back some day. Best Wishes to Domini Canes.
